Kelsey Asbille Chow is an American actor who entered the prominence after her appearance on the Disney XD sitcom 'Pair of Kings'. In her beginnings she's appeared in numerous films and TV shows. She also hosted Ballroom with a Twist, the brand new, groundbreaking series featuring celebrities as emcees and dancers who alternate between Dancing with the Stars. Barbara was also a character in Lifetime's Army Wives TV show. She guest-starred ABC's George Lopez, enacted in Sabrina The Teenage Witch, touring the country with Neil Simon's version of The Odd Couple. Barbara performed at The New Theatre, Kansas City Missouri at the end of 2012 with the play Social Security. The play played for just a few months in Jacksonville Florida.
